The machine behind the mail plan.

The homepage follows one home from a permit to a booked job. This page opens up each part, with straight answers to what contractors ask before they start.

The mail plan

Set it once. It mails every month.

Pick your audiences and a monthly budget, and approve the plan once. From then on it lines up a batch whenever there’s room.

  • Your budget is the ceiling. Each month bills only what it uses, Sapling Platform included. A month never goes over.
  • One offer per home, every 6 months.A home in two of your audiences still gets one offer, then six quiet months after its last piece.
  • Autopilot lines up what’s next. When your audiences run low, it suggests the next one from your areas, or adds it for you if you let it.
  • Top-offs catch the stragglers.Switch them on and leftover homes, plus new permits in places you’ve covered, mail together once there are enough.
  • Mismatches get flagged. If a page, a phone number or a piece doesn’t fit its audience, the plan tells you before anything mails.

How homes are chosen

Every home in your audience is there for a reason you chose.

You decide what makes a home worth mailing. The engine finds the homes that fit, from permits, ownership and maps, plus satellite photos when a campaign adds roof imagery.

  • When the work is due.A permit shows the roof, the water heater or the heating and cooling is old enough to replace. You set how old.
  • Who owns it.Every matching home, or only the homes the owner lives in.
  • Where you work.Inside the service area you draw, by drive time from your shop.
  • What else matters. How long they've lived there, wildfire burn areas, rebate zones and roof imagery: each on or off, as your trade needs.
  • Your current customers, from the list you upload
  • Homeowners who already signed up or booked with you
  • Anyone who asked to stop getting mail
  • The same home twice in one mailing

What the engine sees

The sky check
Illustration on a satellite photo: for a roofing campaign, each roof is marked mail, strong signal or skip
Illustrated for a roofing campaign with roof imagery: a roof that looks new with no permit on file is skipped. Each trade gets its own checks.
The map
The engine's map view: an entire state classified home by home into territories

Real output: a whole state, classified parcel by parcel, ready for your service area.

What lands in the mailbox

Every piece has a job.

The letter opens, the postcards keep your number on the fridge, and the snap pack closes. Your brand goes on all three.

The postcard

The whole case made in the five seconds between mailbox and recycling bin. A deck of proven fronts, not one look:

+ more in the studio

The personal letter

Addressed to the homeowner by name, with your customer reviews riding along as an insert.

The snap pack

The pressure-sealed mailer checks arrive in. Made to be torn open on the walk back from the mailbox.

Each has one price, printed and mailed: see the prices.

Everything it does

A full acquisition channel. Not another tool.

Every job that used to need its own vendor, in one place. Each column names the ones it replaces.

Questions

What contractors ask before they start.

Will my current customers get mailed?
Not if you upload your customer list. Every mailing ordered after that leaves those homes out, along with every homeowner who signs up or books with you.
What if a homeowner asks us to stop?
Add them to your never-mail list, and every mailing ordered after that leaves them out, on every campaign you run.
Is this a shared lead?
No. Every piece carries your brand, your tracked number and your own page, so the homeowner calls you and books on your calendar.
How do you know which home replied?
Each piece carries a QR code made for that one home. A scan opens your page, and the signup or booking is matched to that address. Calls ring the batch's own tracked number, so you know which batch each one came from.
What do I approve?
The plan once, with its monthly budget. After that, each mailing's proof: nothing prints until you approve it. Raising your budget always asks you first.
What do I need to get started?
A monthly budget, your logo and your offer, the area you serve, and the phone and calendar you book jobs with. The platform builds the list, the pieces, the page and the tracked number.
